Detailed Analysis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A- Metabolism and Fat Mass<a href=\"https:\/\/aminogram.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/10-1.jpg\"><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aminogram.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/10-1-8-1024x351.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1041\" style=\"width:1068px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His metabolism is high, giving him a good capacity to burn calories. The muscle mass indices and the ratio to FFM are at a very good level, well above the standards, so there is no risk of sarcopenia, malnutrition, cachexia, osteoporosis, or sarcopenic obesity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C- Cellular Analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aminogram.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/12-11-1024x527.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1047\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cell mass is good. It would be expected to be between 7.3 and 7.8, suggesting a slight lack of cellular reactivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The IR is below 8, which is good, but could be improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"background-color:#c0c0c0\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>General Conclusion:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Significant fat mass to lose, but very good muscle mass level.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slight dehydration, but without consequences due to high fat mass.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Somewhat low phase angle to monitor.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The data on cell mass and metabolic proteins are normal, as is the intra-extracellular water balance. Final diagnosis: Type I obesity, with hypertriglycerides controlled with medication.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A nutritional intervention is carried out with a hypocaloric diet plan of 2200 kcal\/day, high in protein, restricted in concentrated carbohydrates and alcoholic beverages. Physical activity is recommended, prescribed by a professional, with exercises that increase energy demand and muscle mass, as well as adequate hydration before, during, and after physical activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong><strong>First Follow-up<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-text-align-center\">A check was done on October 16, 2020, yielding the following results:<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Quick Analysis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Very good result: fat mass and BMI have decreased significantly, hydration level has improved, muscle and bone mass remain at a very good level, the phase angle has improved significantly and is now at a very good level, IR has slightly decreased, which is excellent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aminogram.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/15-9-760x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1060\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chart, theoretical differences, and indicators show:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Decrease in mass (going from 13.48 to 8 kg to lose with the new weight).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-significant decrease in muscle mass (300 g), which remains very high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Improvement in hydration level (+\u00bd liter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BMI and fat turn orange, indicating improvement and now requiring vigilance and treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fat mass index improves, as does total load index, implying fat has improved and strength exercises can be increased.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comparison of results between the first and last measurement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
