Se basa en la manera en que los tejidos del cuerpo reaccionan a una <strong>se\u00f1al el\u00e9ctrica alterna de muy baja intensidad<\/strong>, imperceptible para el individuo.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Esta respuesta depende notablemente de la <strong>hidrataci\u00f3n<\/strong> de los tejidos y de las <strong>propiedades de las membranas celulares<\/strong>. Al integrar estos par\u00e1metros en <strong>modelos de predicci\u00f3n validados<\/strong>, la BIA permite estimar la <strong>masa libre de grasa<\/strong> y sus compartimentos asociados, notablemente la <strong>masa muscular esquel\u00e9tica<\/strong> y el <strong>agua total<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">La <strong>Bioelectrical Impedance Spectroscopy (BIS)<\/strong> va a\u00fan m\u00e1s lejos: mide la respuesta el\u00e9ctrica del cuerpo en un <strong>espectro amplio de frecuencias<\/strong>, permitiendo una <strong>caracterizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fina<\/strong> de los <strong>compartimentos h\u00eddricos<\/strong> y de las <strong>propiedades celulares<\/strong> (como la <strong>capacitancia de la membrana<\/strong> y la <strong>frecuencia caracter\u00edstica<\/strong>). Estos indicadores llamados \u00abbrutos\u00bb no se basan en ecuaciones predictivas, sino que reflejan las propiedades el\u00e9ctricas intr\u00ednsecas de los tejidos biol\u00f3gicos.<\/p><h3><a href=\"https:\/\/aminogram.com\/pha-angle-de-phase-et-ir-ratio-dimpedance\/?lang=es\">\u00c1ngulo de fase (PhA)<\/a><\/h3><p>El \u00e1ngulo de fase se deriva de la relaci\u00f3n entre la resistencia (R) y la reactancia (Xc). Refleja el comportamiento capacitivo de las membranas celulares y constituye un indicador global de la integridad de la membrana y de la masa celular activa.<\/p><p>A nivel fisiol\u00f3gico, el PhA refleja la capacidad de las c\u00e9lulas para mantener su estructura, su hidrataci\u00f3n intracelular y su funcionalidad. Una disminuci\u00f3n del \u00e1ngulo de fase puede asociarse a una alteraci\u00f3n tisular, un desequilibrio h\u00eddrico o un estado catab\u00f3lico. Su seguimiento a lo largo del tiempo proporciona una valiosa informaci\u00f3n cualitativa sobre la evoluci\u00f3n del estado celular.<\/p><h3>Ratio de impedancia (IR)<\/h3><p>El ratio de impedancia (IR) se expresa generalmente como la relaci\u00f3n entre la impedancia medida a alta frecuencia y la medida a baja frecuencia. Proporciona informaci\u00f3n complementaria sobre la distribuci\u00f3n de los fluidos corporales.<\/p><p>El IR permite evaluar el equilibrio entre los compartimentos intra y extracelulares, as\u00ed como la coherencia estructural de los tejidos. Una elevaci\u00f3n del IR puede reflejar una modificaci\u00f3n de la permeabilidad de la membrana o una alteraci\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n h\u00eddrica.<\/p><p>La interpretaci\u00f3n conjunta del PhA y el IR refuerza la solidez fisiol\u00f3gica del an\u00e1lisis.
